DEPOSITORY ACCOUNTS NOT INTEREST-BEARING

The depository may not pay on a depository account:
(1) interest;
(2) an amount in the nature of interest; or
(3) a fee or other payment for the use or forbearance of use of money, bullion, specie, or precious metals deposited to a depository account.
