AGENCY SOLICITATION OF BIDS OR PROPOSALS FOR ACQUISITION OVER $25,000

Known as the State Purchasing and General Services Act

A state agency that proposes to make a purchase or other acquisition that will cost more than $25,000 shall solicit bids or proposals from each eligible vendor on the master bidders list that serves the agency's geographic region. A state agency may also solicit bids or proposals through the use of on-line electronic transmission.
