ACCESS TO MASTER BIDDERS LIST

(a) The comptroller shall make the master bidders list available to each state agency that makes a purchase or other acquisition to which this subchapter applies.
(b) The comptroller shall make the list available either electronically or in another form, depending on each state agency's needs.
