PREFERENCES IN ASSIGNING SPACE
Known as the State Purchasing and General Services Act

(a) In filling a request for space, the commission shall give preference to available state-owned space.
(b) In assigning office space in a state building financed from bond proceeds, the commission shall give first priority to a state agency that is not funded from general revenue.
