UTILITIES AND CUSTODIAL SERVICES

Known as the State Purchasing and General Services Act

The act spans §§ 2151.001 to 2177.010 (567 sections).

(a) The commission may furnish utilities and custodial services to a private tenant at cost.

(b) The commission shall furnish utilities and custodial services to a child care provider selected by the commission under Chapter 663 at cost.
