LIMITATION ON CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSING OR ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY BY DEPARTMENT

Known as the Texas Housing Rehabilitation Act

The act spans §§ 2304.001 to 2304.104 (45 sections).

(a) The department may not construct housing.

(b) The department may not acquire housing except to enforce a lien under Subchapter D.
