RELATIONSHIP OF DEPARTMENT AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS

Known as the Texas Housing Rehabilitation Act

The act spans §§ 2304.001 to 2304.104 (45 sections).

(a) The department shall adopt standards and procedures for the administration of this chapter by a local government or local agency.

(b) The department may provide technical assistance to a local government.
