TEXAS FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER PROGRAM

(a) The Texas First-Time Homebuyer Program shall facilitate the origination of single-family mortgage loans for eligible first-time homebuyers.

(b) The program may include down payment and closing cost assistance.
