Tex. Gov't Code § 2306.265

OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR

Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff

The department may:

(1) supervise the operation and maintenance of a housing development; and

(2) order necessary repairs to protect the public interest or the health, welfare, or safety of the housing development occupants.
