Tex. Gov't Code § 2306.493

SIGNATURE OF FORMER OFFICER

Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff

If an officer whose manual or facsimile signature appears on a bond or whose facsimile signature appears on a coupon is not an officer at the time the bond is delivered, the signature is valid and sufficient for all purposes as if the officer had remained in office until delivery.
