DEVELOPMENT BONDS

Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 114, Sec. 1, eff

To finance a project in a readjustment zone, bonds may be issued under:

(1) Chapter 1433; or

(2) the Development Corporation Act (Subtitle C1, Title 12, Local Government Code).
