LIBERTY COUNTY

Added by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 148, Sec. 4.01, eff

(a) Liberty County has the following statutory county courts:

(1) the County Court at Law of Liberty County; and

(2) the County Court at Law No. 2 of Liberty County.

(b) The county courts at law of Liberty County sit in Liberty.
