PROSECUTIONS

Known as the Uniform Municipal Courts of Record Act

The act spans §§ 30.00001 to 30.01912 (246 sections).

All prosecutions in municipal courts of record shall be conducted as provided by Article 45A.005, Code of Criminal Procedure.
