COURT REPORTER
Known as the Uniform Municipal Courts of Record Act

(a) The clerk of the court shall appoint the court reporter under Section 30.00010. The reporter shall be compensated by the city in the manner determined by the city manager.
(b) to (d) Repealed by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 691, Sec. 139(10), eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
