DEFINITIONS

Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 378, Sec. 1, eff

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the State Preservation Board.

(2) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.

(2-a) "Committee" means the Texas Peace Officers' Memorial Ceremony Committee.

(3) "Monument" means the Texas Peace Officers' Memorial Monument.
