Tex. Gov't Code § 317.011

SUPERSESSION OF ORDER

Added by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., 2nd C.S., ch. 26, Sec. 1.

An unexpired order adopted under this chapter may be superseded by subsequent action of the governor and the Legislative Budget Board taken as provided by this chapter, by enactment of a law to the contrary by the legislature, or by adoption of a constitutional amendment having contradictory effect.
