CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 479, Sec. 1, eff

(a) The State Auditor may not serve as an ex officio member on any administrative board or commission.

(b) The State Auditor may not have a financial interest in the transactions of any department.
