Tex. Gov't Code § 4008.104

STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

Known as the The Securities Act

The act spans §§ 4001.001 to 4008.105 (251 sections).

Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 491 (H.B. 4171), Sec. 1.01, eff

(a) A person may not sue under Section 4008.101(a) more than three years after the date the violation occurs.

(b) A person may not sue under Section 4008.101(b) more than:

(1) five years after the date the violation occurs; or

(2) three years after the date the person knew or should have known, by the exercise of reasonable diligence, of the occurrence of the violation.
