ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION: TEXAS STATE BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS

The Texas State Board of Medical Examiners is entitled to obtain from the department criminal history record information maintained by the department that relates to a person who is:
(1) an applicant for a license under Subtitle B, Title 3, Occupations Code; or
(2) the holder of a license under that subtitle.
