Tex. Gov't Code § 411.281

DEFINITION

In this subchapter, "museum" means the nonprofit organization, known as the Department of Public Safety Historical Museum and Research Center, established by employees and former employees of the department for the purposes of creating and operating a museum and research facility to:

(1) inform the public about the personnel and history of the department; and

(2) educate young people about law enforcement procedures through an interactive facility.
