This subchapter applies to a program, and persons regulated under the program, administered by the department under the following laws, including rules adopted under those laws:
(1) Section 411.0625;
(2) Chapter 487, Health and Safety Code;
(3) Chapter 1702, Occupations Code;
(4) Chapter 1956, Occupations Code;
(5) Section 521.2476, Transportation Code; and
(6) Subchapter G, Chapter 548, Transportation Code.
