SECURE STORAGE OF SENSITIVE INFORMATION

(a) The unit shall provide for the secure storage of sensitive information obtained or produced as part of the report developed under Section 411.554.
(b) Information determined as sensitive under Subsection (a) is not subject to disclosure under Chapter 552.
