APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER

Known as the Sexual Assault Prevention and Crisis Services Act

The act spans §§ 420.001 to 420.108 (44 sections).

This subchapter applies only to physical evidence of a sexual assault or other sex offense that is collected with respect to an active criminal case.
