83RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT

Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff

(a) The voters of Brewster, Jeff Davis, Pecos, and Presidio counties elect a district attorney for the 83rd Judicial District.

(b) The district attorney for the 83rd district also acts as district attorney for the 394th Judicial District in Brewster, Jeff Davis, and Presidio counties.
