CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS BY TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

(a) The commission may contract with the Texas Transportation Commission for the construction and paving of roads in and adjacent to historic sites described by Subchapter C.
(b) Agreements under this section must be made in conformity with Chapter 771.
