EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR; STAFF

Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 496 (S.B. 1350), Sec. 1, eff

(a) The commission may employ an executive director to serve as the executive head of the commission and perform its administrative functions.

(b) The executive director may employ staff necessary to administer the commission.
