REQUIRED RECORDING OF CERTAIN STATE LOTTERY MEETINGS

(a) The department shall make and maintain a recording of any formal meeting of the commission related to the state lottery or of the lottery advisory committee.
(b) The department shall maintain the recording described by Subsection (a) until at least the fifth anniversary of the meeting date.
