(a) A licensed sales agent or an employee of a sales agent shall use an age verification process prescribed by commission rule to verify the age of each ticket purchaser at the point of sale.
(b) A person who violates Subsection (a) commits an offense. An offense under this subsection is a Class B misdemeanor.
