In this subchapter:
(1) "Consortium" means the Texas Semiconductor Innovation Consortium.
(2) "Executive committee" means the executive committee of the consortium.
(3) "Fund" means the Texas Semiconductor Innovation Fund.
(4) "Institution of higher education" has the meaning assigned by Section 61.003, Education Code.
