ADVISORS

Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., 2nd C.S., ch. 11, Sec. 29, eff

(a) The office may appoint advisors to assist in the administration of this chapter.

(b) An advisor serves without compensation but is entitled to necessary and actual expenses incurred in performing duties under this chapter.
