(a) The department by interagency contract may provide to the board necessary computer equipment and computer access to all computerized records and physical access to all printed records in the custody of the department that are related to the duties and functions of the board.
(b) The department by interagency contract may provide to the board necessary and appropriate:
(1) office space at locations designated by the presiding officer of the board; and
(2) utilities and communications equipment.
