APPOINTMENT OF AGENCY COMMISSIONER BY EXECUTIVE COMMISSIONER

(a) The executive commissioner, with the governor's approval, shall appoint a commissioner for each health and human services agency.

(b) A health and human services agency commissioner serves at the executive commissioner's pleasure.
