Tex. Gov't Code § 526.0103

Notwithstanding other law, the commission shall revise major quality initiatives of the health and human services system in accordance with the operational plan and health care quality improvement goals developed under Section 526.0102. To the extent possible, the commission shall ensure that outcome measure data is collected and reported consistently across all major quality initiatives to improve the evaluation of the initiatives' statewide impact.
