Tex. Gov't Code § 532.0059

The commission shall obtain Medicaid reimbursement from each fiscal intermediary who makes a payment to a service provider on behalf of the Medicare program, including a reimbursement for a payment made to a home health services provider or nursing facility for services provided to an individual who is eligible to receive health care benefits under both Medicaid and the Medicare program.
