Tex. Gov't Code § 540A.0104

The commission or a Medicaid managed care organization that subcontracts with a transportation network company under Section 540A.0103 may require the transportation network company or a motor vehicle operator who provides services under this subchapter to be periodically screened against the list of excluded individuals and entities the Office of Inspector General of the United States Department of Health and Human Services maintains.
