Tex. Gov't Code § 548.0357

Not later than December 1 of each even-numbered year, the commission shall submit a report to the governor and members of the legislature regarding the activities of the program and grant recipients under the program, including the results and outcomes of grants awarded under this subchapter. The commission may combine the report required by this section with the report submitted by the State Office of Rural Hospital Finance under Section 526.0301.
