FILING AND CUSTODY OF BONDS
Known as the State Employee Bonding Act
The act spans §§ 653–653 (12 sections).
Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff
(a) One original of each bond shall be filed with the secretary of state.
(b) One original of each bond shall be filed with the comptroller.
(c) One original of each bond shall be filed with the state agency covered by the bond.
(d) Each state agency is responsible for custody of the bond.
