REMOVAL VOTE

Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff

(a) The governor shall remove from office a person on the address of two-thirds of each house of the legislature.

(b) The vote of each member shall be recorded in the journal of each house.
