DEFINITIONS

Known as the Cultural Basin Act

The act spans §§ 782–782 (13 sections).

In this chapter:

(1) "Commission" means a cultural basin commission.

(2) "Council of government" means a regional planning commission or similar regional planning agency created under Chapter 391, Local Government Code.
