LICENSE DENIAL, SUSPENSION, OR REVOCATION

Known as the Day Activity and Health Services Act

(a) The department may deny, suspend, or revoke the license of an applicant or holder of a license who fails to comply with the rules or standards for licensing required by this chapter or has committed an act described by Sections 103.012(a)(2)-(7).

(b) The denial, suspension, or revocation of a license and the appeal from that action are governed by the procedures for a contested case hearing under Chapter 2001, Government Code.
