DISPOSITION OF FUNDS

Known as the Day Activity and Health Services Act

The act spans §§ 103.001 to 103.016 (20 sections).

(a) All fees collected under this chapter shall be deposited to the credit of the General Revenue Fund.

(b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1, Sec. 4.465(a)(91), eff. April 2, 2015.
