COMPUTATION OF DAILY COSTS OF FACILITY

In computing the daily costs of a residential facility operated by the department, the department shall use a standard method that is:
(1) consistent with methods used by other state agencies; and
(2) designed to reflect the actual cost to the state of operating the facility.
