INDUSTRIES FUND
Transferred, redesignated and amended from Human Resources Code, Subchapter I, Chapter 61 by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 85 (S.B. 653), Sec. 1.008, eff
(a) A Texas Juvenile Justice Department industries program fund is created in the state treasury.
(b) Proceeds from the operation of the industries program shall be deposited in the fund.
(c) Money from the fund may be appropriated only for use by the department for the administration of this chapter.
