(a) The comptroller may issue a replacement financial assistance warrant to a recipient who has failed to receive or has lost the original warrant in accordance with Section 403.054, Government Code.
(b) The commission may issue a replacement electronic benefits transfer card to a recipient who failed to receive or lost the original card.
