(a) All sums of money paid to the department under this title or Subchapter E, Chapter 117, shall be deposited in the state treasury.

(b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1, Sec. 4.465(a)(83), eff. April 2, 2015.
