Tex. Health & Safety Code § 12.0146

The department shall publish annually an analysis of its enforcement actions taken under state law with regard to each profession, industry, or type of facility regulated by the department. The analysis for each regulatory area must show at a minimum the year-to-year trends in the number and types of enforcement actions taken by the department in its regulation of the profession, industry, or type of facility.
