COMPLIANCE WITH LAW

(a) A tanning device used by a tanning facility must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

(b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 , Sec. 3.030(24), eff. September 1, 2015.
