DISPLAY OF PERMIT

Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 994 (S.B. 248), Sec. 1, eff

(a) A permit holder shall keep the permit on public display at the place of business for which the permit was issued.

(b) A permit holder who has a permit assigned to a vehicle shall post the permit in a conspicuous place on the vehicle.
