PARTIAL EXEMPTION

Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1511, Sec. 1, eff

Except for Subchapter D, this chapter does not apply to:

(1) a covered entity as defined by Section 602.001, Insurance Code;

(2) an entity established under Article 5.76-3, Insurance Code; or

(3) an employer.
