Tex. Health & Safety Code § 242.326

OFFENSE

Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1280, Sec. 2.01.

(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly or intentionally violates Section 242.310.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
